So, I am almost a week into my new job as the site director at a Boys and Girls Club after-school program. I have also started my student teaching this week. Could someone please tell me what in the hell I was thinking when I signed on for both?!
I joke...once I get all of my clerical work under control for the job, I will be able to actually interact with the kids a bit. Right now, I feel a bit like Judy (Jane Fonda) and her Xerox machine in "9 to 5." Since I love the movie, and since Dolly is one of my absolute favorites, I decided to post a tribute to working women everywhere. Heck, I'm going to be equal-opportunity and salute all workers - those in and out of the home. Cheers!
